Episode 6 of the third season of Outlander will get the supersize treatment when it airs on Sunday, Oct. 22. Not only will the episode, titled “A. Malcolm,” finally bring the beloved century-crossed lovers back together, fans will also get the added bonus of a 74-minute extended episode to really relish the couple’s long-anticipated reunion.
And that’s not all. Before the epic sixth episode, Starz will air the first five episodes of the season so far, giving viewers the chance to truly prep for the momentous moment.
It’s been 20 long years apart for Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan), but in episode 5, the couple finally found themselves back in the same century and country after Claire traveled back through the standing stones to 18th century Edinburgh — much to Jamie’s surprise!
Cesar Domboy is said to be making his first appearance on the series as adult Fergus.
I’ve added new photos of Cesar from a little over a week ago where he attended a celebration for Prada and Flaunt’s Aftershock issue. I also replaced an Outlander still with a better quality version. Enjoy!
Cesar is now listed along fellow Outlander castmates including Sam Heughan and Sophie Skelton to attend The Land Con on October 7-8. You can buy tickets and see more information on their official site here.
I’ve added scans to the gallery of the new Outlander issue which include new photos of Sam Heughan, Caitriona Balfe, and Cesar Domboy. Thanks to my friend Mary for these. Check out the scans below and enjoy!
I’ve added 2 missing high quality photos of Cesar from Outlander. Enjoy.
Check out the new Outlander trailer entitled ‘The Reunion of the Centuries.’ I can’t wait for Droughtlander to be over.

There’s a fresh face playing a familiar role in season three of Outlander!
Given the 20-year time jump headed our way in the next chapter Starz’s hit drama, French actor César Domboy has been cast to play the role of older Fergus. (As you’ll recall, Fergus was previously played by the oh-so-cute Romann Berrux in season two.)
While we’re thrilled to welcome Domboy to the clan, we realized that many fans probably don’t know much about the 27-year-old actor — but that’s all about to change…
ET traveled to Outlander’s season three set in Scotland last year and we sat down with Domboy for an oh-so-informative game of “Would You Rather…” and let’s just say that all of his answers are beyond adorable. (And we’re not just referring to his accent!)
Press play on the video above to find out if Domboy would rather be whipped by a red coat or be forced to whip Jamie. WARNING: His answer will most definitely make you swoon, Sassenachs.
Outlander’s third season premieres Sunday, Sept. 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Starz.

Finally, the Outlander news you’ve been waiting for: We’re thrilled to announce that Season 3 of the STARZ time-travel romance will return Sunday, September 10. Yes, that’s right—you can now mark the end of Droughtlander in your calendar.
Thirteen new episodes devoted to Claire and Jamie will air this fall, and they’ll be based on Voyager, the third of Diana Gabaldon’s eight Outlander books.
Here’s the official season three poster, showing Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) on opposite sides of the standing stone—and in totally different centuries. Claire’s in the 1960s, having returned to her original life, and husband Frank (Tobias Menzies), while Jamie’s in the 1700s. No, you’re crying.
And here’s an exclusive live-action version of the poster, featuring a very anguished Claire and Jamie:

“You can come back to your life,” Claire muses in voiceover, “but it’s never the same. Maybe it’s enough to have gone once. How many people can say they had that?”
As for what we can expect, the new season will pick up right after Claire returns to her old life, pregnant with Jamie’s child. As for Jamie, we’ll see him at the historic battle of Culloden, fighting not only Black Jack Randall but his grief at losing Claire. The battle itself will be epic, showrunner Ronald D. Moore told ELLE.com: “I’m very excited about finally delivering Culloden to the audience after having talked about this pivotal event for so long.”
Moore also says the two are building their lives again independently: “We’re going to reset the story and the characters at the start of the season, giving the audience a window into what happened to Jamie at the battle of Culloden, as well as what happened to Claire in the twentieth century.”
What should fans be most excited about, according to Moore? “Getting to see the ways in which Jamie and Claire grew and changed over the course of their 20-year separation is a very exciting prospect.” And with Scotland, Cape Town, and even an ocean voyage to the New World (which Moore calls “a big turning point in the saga”) on the horizon, the very setting of this epic romance will change.
Of course, a reunion is definitely on the cards for our favorite time-defying lovers, though it might take a while. The only question is whether they’ll still feel the same way after so long apart. But true love never dies, right?
